“My dad banks here and even though it is on the same property as the Federal Prison, it's still a nice place with helpful and nice staff. There aren't many employees but they ask about my Dad everytime I come by to do some bank business for him since he's moved to a retirement place. Very nice. The road on the property could use some work but that isn't the responsibility of the CU.”

I traveled in from out of state to take care of my dad’s affairs after his passing, and Tracey made the process so seamless and smooth. Her level of customer service and even empathy was more than enough for me to personally make the decision to continue doing business with the bank, in which I opened an account there. I think Bank of America can do better with their hold times. Generally if I call in I wait for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes more. I would give 5 stars if y'all could fix the hold time for every single department. Recommendations: longer call center hours, hire more representatives to be in the queues.”
