“Best bank ive ever been too. Specifically the Kaufman branch has excellent service. I too had multiple large insurance checks ($5k+) come and its standard practice to put holds on large checks, typically anything 1k and over. but if you have over draft charges in past 6 months they can hold additional 2 weeks. Most times its automatic. All banks do this. please read the small print for any bank you use! I understand being upset not getting cash on a deposited check I been there. All the check information cam be found on their website or just call the branch. They will answer your questions.”
