This was a great experience!!?? They came to the location to pick the pets that needed services then drove them in their truck to their facility and then back. Great customer service and everything was all included even the e collar and medicine. I will be using them again!!?♥️

Surgery went good but my cat came out with an eye infection. They don’t know how it happened but before taking my cat here both his eyes were good. Went back so they could check it out and was told to take him to a vet because they didn’t have the proper equipment to help.

HORRIBLE customer service! They force you to buy heartworm medication from them. Even though I had my dog's heartworm test done there 6 months ago, and recieved preventive medication for 6 months from them, they will not give my dog's prescription to Chewy. I will never take my pets there or recommend them to anyone ever... read full comment
