“We had an excellent experience with the team at Shottenkirk Hyundai in buying our new Palisade. We did our initial research and homework online and test drove a Palisade at a dealership close to our home in the greater Austin area, but wanted to shop around to see who could give us the best overall deal for the vehicle we wanted and our trade in. From the start, the team at Shottenkirk stood out from the other dealerships. Mark Leet, our sales representative, Cody Kirkman, the Sales Manager, and Brian Thompson, the General Manager, worked with us over the phone and text to get a deal lined up on the exact car we wanted (which was a bit of a unicorn) so that when we drove up to Granbury we were in and out with our new vehicle in about 3 hours - and that was including the extremely thorough vehicle feature training by Mark that condensed a ton of useful information and vehicle setup in just the right amount of time.I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai because they treated us with fairness and transparency, and we truly felt that they were interested in establishing a long term relationship with them and the brand, and not just trying to sell us a car. We could have bought our Hyundai from any of several dealerships that were closer to us than Shottenkirk, but they treated us right from the very first contact to the moment we drove away.”

“Took my 72 Chevelle to have the clear coat repainted and a couple of minor spots fixed in the roof. Paint is 29 years old, it is metallic blue and did not have my hopes up that they would match it. No body shop in my city wanted to touch it probably because it’s a classic. Wrangler took a look at it and told me he would get it close. Paint blending in 4 areas of the car came out great, color match was spot on and I could not ask for anything more. So glad he took it on as I did not want to spend more $$ painting the entire car. Highly recommended this shop for new and classic car paint needs.”
“My initial experience with Granbury Nissan Collision was horrid. The quality of work done on my vehicle was poor at best so I had to take my car back for warranty work to repair the damage caused by poor workmanship and dealing with the manager Billy Swanson was an absolute nightmare. The reason I’m still giving this shop a 5 star rating is because a few individuals noticed the problem and took action to make everything right. My vehicle this time was repaired correctly and looked like new again. Teena Roth and Tony Baker did a good job of getting my vehicle back to me in good condition after the problem was discovered with Billy and Tabatha (sorry, unsure of her last name) reached out to make sure all of my other concerns were taken care of. Overall the people that can make a difference in the company do a good job of looking out for their customers.”
