“I love this place. Normally with supermarkets, the number one thing lacking is the layout is depressing. Here, it is a very welcoming place, setting it apart from rivaling retail experiences, but let's get to merchandise...
They have many of the basic staple brands you'd expect but where they exceed is their bakery, deli, and sushi counter which are not just affordable, but exceed in quality where it matters. They always have fresh material available and if I'm wanting to make a fresh meal from scratch, obtaining raw materials here has never been an issue.
The employees are kind, the place is spacious. There's an amazing seasonal section with beautiful flowers maintained well. Orchids and other various bouquets. If I were to pick up a bouquet from any place, here would be the first place I'd be looking. Amazingly aesthetic pieces and also not out of the price range for most individuals.
Good, good place! I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you haven't before. I really don't think you'll regret it.
Side note, if you are looking for fishing gear and or licenses however, I don't think there is that particular stuff available and I'd probably go to Walmart to fulfill that need.”

“People tend to post complaints but I have to share a positive experience I had at 7AM this morning.I'm hosting a Ladies sleepover weekend and as many of you are probably experiencing, I have to go to multiple stores to get all the ingredients for recipes.This morning, I arranged for curbside at 7am at both H‑E‑B and Walmart. Walmart was out of things I needed and when I got to H‑E‑B, I asked if one particular item (fairly expensive) could be added to my order. The answer was "no" so they GAVE it to me to "thank me for my business." Brycen is the young man that made that happen. H‑E‑B always exceeds my expectations but this gesture left me speechless. H‑E‑B is the furthest grocery store from my house but because of employees like him, I will always make that 1 hour round trip to support such a great company and staff. #iLoveHEB This is exactly what my Visnostics books teach to sales and marketing teams; Always treat clients the way you want to be treated and the revenue will follow. #visnosticsalesandmarketing”

“While on a resupply mission for flaming hot cheetos. I ran into the typical texas cashier explaining the finer points of turboencabulation, ya know conductors, fluxes and reverse phase detractors. Thankfully lisa poped out of the office saying her goodbuys and saw me and a couple weary folks waiting for the sweet release of death or a wild animal to take us. She promptly put her purse down and started ringing us out and being jolly while she was doing it. Lisa is a real one especially these days.”
“Between Kroger sales, e coupons in the app and paper coupons... I save more at Kroger than anywhere else. Their meat and produce departments are much better than several other local stores. The employees are always courteous and helpful.”

“Was leaving out of town at 10 completely forgot to call in my precipitation so when they opened at 9 I called and asked if they could get it ready by then. Lady was super nice and was able to get it ready in time! Highly recommend this pharmacy, great customer service!”
“Went to get briskets on sale and the meat market fellow was a great help. It was a bit late at night and they only had self checkouts open. It was so busy the day before the 4th of July and only one attendant. Me and my mom haven't been to Kroger in quite some time. I wish they kept at least one regular register open because it was pure chaos. I felt a bit sorry for the attendant and having to help so many people at the self checkout, including us. My receipt was a mess and will have to sort it out with customer service. I definitely won't be going back in the evening or night time again.”
