“Big screen so you can see without your glasses and no loud ads playing while you pump, it's a new fuel are so it is clean and fresh. If I know HEB they will keep it that way. Easy to access from the highway and if you are a buc-cees lover it's right next door.”
“I don't have any complaints about this location I always get a discount on my gas with the Kroger card.. that tends to make the gas a little cheaper than most places so I shop here quite often everything is always clean and the staff working at the location are always friendly”

“This H-E-B is one of the best grocery stores in the area. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. The produce is fresh, shelves are usually well stocked, and there’s a great variety of products at good prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, and checkout is typically quick even when it’s busy. It’s clear they put effort into customer service and keeping things running smoothly. Overall, a reliable and pleasant shopping experience every time I go.”
“Hi! My names Ash and last night my phone died on me and I got really lost and ended up at this dollar general. Needing help because I am terrible with directions and needed to charge my phone. Sandra & Ashlee really helped me out and I eventually got home. I appreciate them both so much for helping me keep cool and calm and helping me contact help. It meant alot and wasn't there responsibility but the generally were caring and helpful!”

“This is a relatively nice store for the most part. There are quite a few employees that could use some serious retraining about being kind and helpful to customers. I have seen several of the people supervising the self check out area being less than patient with some of the older customers. That is unacceptable. There is one person, however, who made this review worth the four stars - Joe in the produce department. He is the definition of above and beyond and making the customer feel appreciated and cared for. I hope the Kroger managers recognize him - staff like Joe are what makes the store experience exceptional.”

“Kroger is one of my favorite grocery stores in Granbury. It is clean and not overly crowded! Their parking lot is easy to park. The variety of food items and non-food items is exceptional. I also get gasoline there too. And, I love the discounts with my Kroger card. Staff and checkers are nice too. Just a great store environment for a relaxing shopping experience!”

“Was leaving out of town at 10 completely forgot to call in my precipitation so when they opened at 9 I called and asked if they could get it ready by then. Lady was super nice and was able to get it ready in time! Highly recommend this pharmacy, great customer service!”
