“3 bikes that was locked up and was stolen from front of building in view of cameras. still haven't heard from management about it and who was on camera cutting my lock off. They left 1 bike cuz it was on flat......Food & drinks: breakfast needs help cuz the waffle mix was not mixed very well and very watery plus no syrup for waffles just honey and a meat or egg option would have been good to go along with waffle.”
“We were visiting friends in the Mont Belvieu and chose this hotel mainly because it's set back from the main road, making it quieter than many properties along Garth Road.
Check-in was fine. Although I had already checked in via the app, I stopped by the front desk to pick up a physical key, which I usually do as a backup. As someone relatively new to Hilton Garden Inn, I asked whether any complimentary upgrades were available. The response I received, something about water in the room, was a bit confusing and didn't clearly address the question.
Later, when we left the room with recyclable bottles, I asked the same front desk staff member about recycling options. Again, the response was unclear and I was directed toward a water fountain, which didn't answer the question. I shared this experience with the general manager, Veronica, who was receptive and professional. She explained that the property does not have recycling options and said she would address this with management and also use the situation as a coaching opportunity to improve staff communication and customer engagement.
The room itself was fine and met expectations, with no major issues. It's also worth noting that the hotel does not have suites--only standard and accessible rooms so upgrades should not be expected, as confirmed by the general manager.
Overall, a decent stay, and I appreciate management's willingness to listen and improve. Hopefully, communication will be smoother on future visits.”

“It's a real pleasure to write a review like this when it's well deserved. This is a fantastic hotel--what you see is indeed what you get. The photos are accurate, no filter games or deception. Hotel is management is stellar, and they believe that the customer is always right--even when they're not. My room was cool, clean and comfortable, with that added modern touch. The pool is perfect for a dip, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops near by if you don't want to drive into the city to get those odds and ends you might need. I had everything I wanted or needed, and any concern I had was immediately addressed and cured. Thanks Bre, and the Hampton Inn team. You made my stay :-)”
“I love the new Laquinta Inn design and theme.Its fresh and elegant.
Got here for the night as I had business in the area.I was greeted with a very inviting open plan and classic deco that was just so warming.
Check in was a breeze and our room was clean and tidy.
We came and sat at the bar where Kimberly stole the show.She was really engaging and a joy to have as a bartender
We spent time chatting up Kimberly who is very knowledgeable about the local restaurants and activities in the area.
The only downside to this stay was the smoke detector which went on all night intermittently even though there was no smoke.
Will definitely come back and stay at this location.Price and value for money!!!”
“This was the first time I stayed at the location. I was surprised by how nice the room was. Recently remodeled and a good job was done. All the staff was very friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable with all the amenities that you'll need. From a full size fridge, to dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and free washer and dryer. Don't forget to enjoy the gas grill in the gazebo in the back next to the pool. Hotel is also pet friendly. I will be staying here again in the future.”

“I was worried at 1st, but I had to stay because nothing was available due to the hurricane. It was clean. The pillows were comfortable. They're lucky I didn't take one because it's the only pillow that has stopped my neck pain in 2 years. They will start ringing your room an hour before checkout, and God forbid you aren't out 5 minutes before until checkout. They will start knocking. It's quite annoying. Other than that - it's worth staying.”

“This is a quiet, comfortable, clean and conveniently located hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel smells wonderful throughout. Pool and Fitness Room was a bonus. There was even a small business center. All in all, a great stay close too several restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations. We will return to this hotel in future stays.”
