“Speaking for my experience. Brought myself to do a review because that is how amazed I was at the service I received. These days people don’t practice common courtesy. Jacie and Sean were so nice and thorough through the whole process from start to finish. There was no line when I went in about 930 in the morning. Another car approached the lane next to me and Sean went over to acknowledge them and let them know they would be with them shortly. Will certainly return!”

Called me and gave estimate before work was done and completed before 4 pm; owner then came and picked up my husband and took him to retrieve our car. The staff immediately began servicing my car and was done in about 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Checkout was great and I really appreciated that they had vacuumed my car out. “Through word of mouth have heard Integrity Auto is just that "Integrity" So my husband and I sent our daughter there because her Ford truck kept cutting off on her, Integriry auto found and fix the issue for a reasonable price. WE know if we would have sent her anywhere else in Humble she would have be ripped off and charged an out rages estimate/amount of money to fix the issue. “Very honest Company, the dealer was trying to get me to do services that I didn’t need on a new car with only 24,000 miles. I always keep up with the basic maintenance oil change etc. but after calling here the tech explain to me in detail what was really needed and at what time. Just because the dealer tells you it needs something don’t always take their word for it. This is the only place I will take my vehicles too and their prices are reasonable. This is a Professional, quality shop with honest technicians. I would vouch for this shop any day! I took a picture of my cars that this shop has worked on since I bought them. My work 2018 truck (starter, Throttlebody replacement, brakes, rotors, and fluids). 2019 Subaru Ascent (Maintenance and fluids so far).”

“They have highly skilled mechanics, great customer service. All my car needed was a muffler hanger rod to keep it still. Jerry the owner, put a beautiful weld on it to keep my muffler from moving to much and only charged me $30. It's great place, or maybe the best place, to have your vehicles repaired! Thanks guys!”
