“I had a small screw in my tire and was just needing a patch because I assumed my tire was still in decent condition for now. I stopped in to this shop and the gentleman that was assistaning me pulled my tire off and notice that I had almost no tread on my tire.( I was only looking at the very outside of the tire thinking it was still good). He showed me the tire and recommended I replace it before I drove on it. He was very polite and gave me a decent price on a very good quality tire. I would definitely recommend this place and would use again.”
“My grandpa always took our cars here. He passed away a few years ago and I have continued to go here. Gary is amazing. As a woman, mechanics usually take advantage of you but Gary always listens and fixes the issue. I’ve NEVER had to take my car back or somewhere else because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. He is reasonable and the prices are fair. He always takes the time to explain and show you what he did. Love this dude! Don’t know what I’m gonna do when he retires :/”

I didn't know they even did oil changes and inspections because I don't normally see anyone there. But now that I know, I'll definitely be back! The inside is also very clean, unlike most auto shops. The decor is cute too.”

“I highly recommend this place. If I could give 10 stars I would! I had a mobile mechanic come out and fix an issue I had. Only to find out he made it worse. Called Mike up, and had it towed to his shop. And wala! It’s fixed. Mike stayed in communication with me and kept me updated. His guys got to work and my issue was resolved! Towed by Friday. Fixed by Tuesday!Mr Mike was also very kind and sweet and i was happy to support a local business. If I ever have any problems, Mike is the one I’m calling! You can trust him and his work and it’s nice to be able to communicate so easily with him. Reasonable pricing as well compared to local shops around the area. 100 percent will recommend Mike to all my friends and family.”

Jerry the owner, put a beautiful weld on it to keep my muffler from moving to much and only charged me $30. It's great place, or maybe the best place, to have your vehicles repaired! Thanks guys!”

“In 2015 my truck was painted by Crosby Paint and Body owned by Tony Green in Crosby, Texas. About two years later twenty three defects in the paint showed up. Tony with Crosby Paint and Body stood tall and fixed all defects. In 2021, two more defects showed up. With Covid, open heart surgery and other health issues, I returned in January 2023. “Had the wrench light come on in my truck while driving to Houston. I brought my truck in and got the unfortunate news of my transmission being the problem. Basically ether new, used or rebuilt. I went with the rebuilt option. Within a week my truck was back in my hands and running smooth again. Even has a 1 year warranty. The owner Rafael was easy to work with and had great communication through out the duration of the repair. The truck is running like new again. We had called around to a few other shops and RaFast was able to diagnose sooner, as well as start work sooner. Very happy with this experience and highly recommend.”

“I was 60+ miles from home when my A/C appeared to not work & temperature guage was completely to left instead of middle. I was at my exit where this dealership is. I pulled in to see about the problem. After the trouble shooting they told me it would be the next day.When I explained my situtation & had no one to come get me and I was to far from home for them to take me home, they immediately began to find the part, go pick it up instead of having delivered & put me in front of some other customers (I am sure). It took 4 1/2 hours from beginning to time I was able to leave and they checked on me often updating the status in their waiting area & worked to me get out to reach my destination & return home before dark & the evening traffic. I am so thankful for their concern and rapid attention to helping someone away from home. Thank you.”
“Speaking for my experience. Brought myself to do a review because that is how amazed I was at the service I received. These days people don’t practice common courtesy. Jacie and Sean were so nice and thorough through the whole process from start to finish. There was no line when I went in about 930 in the morning. Another car approached the lane next to me and Sean went over to acknowledge them and let them know they would be with them shortly. Will certainly return!”

“This is a very old school dealership. The kind where the salesmen are standing outside when you pull up and come up as soon as you step out of your car. My salesman Reed was a nice older gentleman. I showed him the vehicle I had come for in Autotrader. Then he went and got the keys and we had a test drive. He answered all my questions appropriately. They had my trade in appraised while went inside. They eventually brought a offer. Like I said old school dealership so my trade in offer was ridiculously low, like 4 grand under what another ford dealership offered. They were also trying to charge me for nitrogen in the tires, wheel locks and some god tracking things. I got the gps and nitrogen knocked off. I agreed to pay for the wheel locks because I actually wanted them. After many rounds of going back and forth I got them to give me a agreeable amount for the trade and a free bedliner. The entire process took a really long time. Eventually I went to finance. I did have my financing through my bank but the rate was kind of high so I wanted to see if they could get me a better deal. There was another negotiation there with the gap insurance. There financing was around the same rate as my bank so went with them to make things easier. Got done with that and got everything squared away. They did a excellent job of explaining the vehicle to me. Way better than when I bought my last new car. Overall a decent experience. I would go back. There are good deals to be had here but you have to fight for them. I deduct one star due to the waiting and the constant back and forth.”
