“Stopped by here for the first time this post weekend ? just needed a few cans of our cats food, they had it and it was the same price as the big box pet stores. I’d rather give my money to a local business so we will be returning for sure. They also handed me a free sample of a “fur-thickening” oil to add to my cats food for a healthier coat! You don’t really see chain pet stores giving out free samples like that! The older lady at the counter was also very sweet :)”

“The staff is friendly. Parking is not a problem. They must be selling a lot because sometimes the shelves are bare. Look closely when you see a sale sign because the item actually on sale might not be anywhere near the sign. Do-it-yourself grooming is very user-friendly. They frequently have coupons. My only complaint is that the reward points expire quickly so pay attention.”

“This review is difficult and personal to write, but I must share how Dr. Fredder and Dr Byrd came into our lives and the very important difference they made in our tragic situation. Our beloved, sweet Nick ( Golden retriever/Irish wolfhound )... for 10 years, was sick with many ailments that developed quite quickly. Nick was seen by both vets . They both combined their notes and had many conversations together concerning Nick, then immediately began their treatment, recommendations plus prescriptions to start getting our beloved fur baby/family member well. Long story short, they finally diagnosed him with cancer. My husband was working out of the country at the time, so I went in for THE meeting with Dr Fredder. I was heartbroken to say the least. Dr. Fedder personally took me to an empty examination room where she consoled me. When I say she consoled me, I mean she let me sit there in disbelief, sobbing for a long period of time. She never left my side. I immediately called my husband. I struggled to get the words out of my mouth, so she took my phone and explained the diagnosis, the temporary treatment, and the procedures in detail to him. She promised him that she would keep Nick out of pain and completely comfortable until he got back to the United States. To say that she was an angel sent from above would be an understatement. She called us many times during the next week and weekend to check on Nick AND to check on us. This alone spoke volumes to me. I truly needed a real, true, compassionate doctor to get me through this day by day while I waited for his return . She was that and so very much more. I could go on and on about this team, but if you're reading this....you get the picture. To be so unlucky ...we were so very lucky at the exact same time. You two ladies will always hold a special place in our hearts and we're forever grateful to you both for your excellent professionalism, hands on care, compassion, and dedication. You truly set the bar high for ALL veterinarians. These days it can be, unfortunately , hard to find people that are still sincere, humble, willing and devoted to their profession. From our own experience, these two women are ALL of the above. We will forever be indebted and grateful to you ladies ...for simply being WHO and WHAT you are!

“Sabbath absolutely loves Mrs. Ericka, he jumps right out of the car and runs straight to her. Wouldn’t trust my boy with anyone else. “I get my hay from here so that my shop dogs have a nice place to sleep instead of on the ground. I have tried to give them outdoor beds but I end up seeing the beds torn up a few days later so the hay is a better thing.”

“We have been taking our toy poodles to petsmart for awhile now and they know our pets really well, especially our male that gets really streessed out,but today they were crowed with other dogs and our male got really nervous and did the you know what, well we received a call from the manager stating they were taking him to the vet because it was protocol (Paid for the vet) we agreed, anyway nothing wrong with him but a good case of nerves but these ladies don't take anything lightly and we appreciate them so so much for the love and care they give.
