“My family has used this CVS for years. We've always been treated with courtesy \\u0026 respect both on the phone \\u0026 in person. When we've had prescriptions not covered by insurance, they have applied another discount like Good Rx. Sometimes the wait is longer than we'd like, but I assume that shows many others appreciate their service also. Extra staffing would probably help. I've never seen an employee \\\"just standing around\\\", they're busy.”
