“11/11/23 - car inspection. My hubby and I didn’t wait long to be called. They had an outside lobby enough seatings to wait. Surprisingly the inspection was very fast. It was about a 10-15 min wait (seemed like). We got a free car wash as well to do inspection. The woman at the customer service desk was great as well. Thank you guys for the quick service.”

“What would you expect from a basic wash? I would expect almost nothing but what Zips delivers is helpful staff at check in, spotless wash, clean towels and spray to clean the inside and outside of your vehicle, powerful vacuums and convenient trash cans. Oh, and did I say helpful employees that ask if you need anything? There are other car washes for less. There are other car washes for more. But this is the one I keep going back to time and time again.”
“After washing my sisters car I noticed scratches on the hood. I went back the next day to see if the wash had caused it. Ramon and Carlos were so helpful, they even looked at the cameras to see what might’ve happened and called me back to update me. At the end, the scratches were already there and were just exposed with the wash, so not their fault. They never got defensive, they were always professional, understanding and kind! (It was my sisters car so I was panicking!) Ramon and especially Carlos are the best!!”
