“The place had a major progress from a year ago. They did above and beyond what was needed for repairs as they cleaned the vehicle in and out. The rep was also dedicated to the customer satisfaction as she made sure that I had updates at least 1-2x weekly. She also ask to give them a chance if there's any issues with the car. The front desk changed personnel, and she has excellent customer service skills.”

Another review months later. I ended up back at Platinum Ford North looking at some options for a new F150 when I met Tristan. He provided an invaluable perspective and knowledge of product which led me to look further at trading in my older model. He was outstanding to work with, never pressured me to buy anything, just gave me the tools I needed to make my own decision. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to walk into it a dealership and be met with professionalism! We were able to work out a great deal on a new 2025 F150 and I drove home incredibly happy! “I usually go to the location in Sanger, but had an issue with my battery. Cary, the Manager took great care of me. I had stopped at the location on Mckinney/Loop 288, and an employee was eating a sandwich and couldn't be bothered to help me. He asked another employee to help me. They looked at the battery and quoted me a higher price, then what I ultimately paid at the Teasley location. When I lived in Denton, this was my go to location. Our whole family goes there because they are so nice!”

“Everything was great! Delaney was absolutely perfect—so informative and welcoming when we first spoke over the phone and met in person.
But my absolute favorite part of the experience was Qwen. She is really awesome and it was incredibly impressive to see a WOMAN killing it in that position! She took care of absolutely everything that needed to be done and went the extra mile by personally getting my car back to me since I was stuck at work.
