“Overall an amazing experience. I used to be a dealership technician and really hate to wrench when I don’t have to anymore. Crazy to see how much better of an experience you can get from Christian brothers compared to a dealer. Everyone was beyond nice to me and more than qualified. They have a shuttle service that makes getting to and from the shop super easy. Seeing the owner at the front counter really shows how amazing this place is and how much they care for their customers. Thank you to Brandon, AJ, and Kyle for making today super easy. “Now at 138 W. Dickson Rd., Little Elm TX 75068. (Just .2 mi further down from original location), we are still able to get our quick, effective and very reasonably price service for our cars. My kid's planned road trip today was in jeopardy when the oil change company discovered, at 5pm last night, that the lower control arm needed to be replaced and then an alignment done. That company provided an estimate that we couldn't afford. I called Paco immediately! Over the phone, he provided an estimate for the repairs that was $250 less. He was able to work on it first thing this morning. We picked it up at noon for a little less than the price quoted!! ROAD TRIP SAVED!! Thank you Paco and Eldorado Transmissiom for another super satisfying experience!”

“My Tesla Model 3 was experiencing squealing coming from the front wheels. Since it has 100k miles, I figured it was time for brakes. Bryan, the manager, took the car and said he would take a look. After an hour he called me and said the brakes were just fine, but since I use regeneration to stop, the brakes were likely not being used enough. I was really not expecting that level of honesty and integrity- I left the shop saying I needed new brakes and he could have easily put new pads and I would not have been any the wiser. Instead, he took 10 minutes to give me some ideas on how I can turn off the regen occasionally to keep the rotors and pads clean and free of rust. Will definitely be taking my other gas car there as it WILL need brakes soon.”
“Recently we had issues with our son’s car and took it to Brakes Plus, we are really happy we did. We have an older Kia - it’s hard to know what’s wrong with these older cars and they were patient with us, kind, walk us through 100 percent of our questions over several days and ultimately took care of us for half the original quote. What we thought was wrong, turned out to be not that big of an issue and they saved us a ton of money and time. We have been going here for years, we are lifetime customers.
