“I had a great experience with Brakes Plus. The team was honest, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was happening with my brakes. They gave me different estimates based on whether the caliper could be cleaned and freed or actually needed replacement, and they assured me they wouldn’t replace anything unnecessarily. I really appreciated that they focused on fixing the problem instead of trying to upsell me. They were transparent about the pricing, answered all my questions, and genuinely helped me out. It’s difficult to find an auto shop you can trust, but these guys earned my confidence. I highly recommend them!”
“Have taken two cars for an oil change and they do a great job with a very thorough multipoint inspection. They provide photos when needed on any recommended work. They are not high pressure when it come to any recommened work. Great waiting room where toy can work from if needed.”

“This place is amazing! I walked in about 1.5 hours before closing. I needed a few things done to the car including oil change and both front and rear brake service.
Woody was great! He was able to squeeze me in the same day. Nick was the mechanic, he did a great job as well. They even stayed a bit after closing to finish the job.

“I went in after finding a nail in my tire\. I wasn’t very specific about which tire or where the nail was, so the crew went off the sensors in my truck to find the leak\. They got me taken care of, and I headed home\.
When I parked, I noticed the same nail I had originally seen was still in the tire\. I drove back a little disappointed, thinking I had already paid to have that exact issue fixed\. When I got there, though, they showed me the nail they had actually pulled out\. I showed them the one I was talking about, and it turned out that nail wasn’t even causing a leak\.
They took the time to look into it further and ended up finding another leak from an old puncture\. They fixed that for me as well, completely complimentary\.
What could have easily turned into a frustrating experience ended up being the exact opposite\. I really appreciated them taking the time to figure out what was actually going on, explain everything to me, and make sure I was taken care of\. Great customer service and a crew that genuinely treated me right\.

“This is by far the best experience I have gotten with a shop.
I have automotive background for over 8 years - I was an advisor (won many prestigious awards with multiple manufacturers, was nationally and internationally recognized by 3 different brands, and also won many JD Power Awards both leading and being a part of a 2-3 man service team) and I can tell you - service is my biggest pet peeve. There's just no excuse to not provide exceptional service, John and his team provided beyond that.
I normally go to another location, which is also wonderful. But, I had an issue with my truck and had broken down near this location. I was hesitant to bring it in - however, I was close enough I figured I would call. From the call, to the arrival, everything was great.
I feel horrible that at 11:20PM as I am writing this review - I cannot remember who I spoke with on the phone. He was awesome though, the staff when I got there was awesome, and what really stood out - when I arrived John (the manager) was waiting outside for me and literally gave me his full blown attention from the second I pulled up to the second I left in their courtesy vehicle (which took me home AND picked me up).
The repair cost was more than I had hoped for, but it was very reasonable with what I was getting done. Which, I only bring up the price because had I gone somewhere else - I probably would have paid 2-3x. I love the shop I work with, it is right by my house. BUT - I hate to say it, this will be the only shop touching mine or my families vehicles from this point forward.
Working in the car business 8 years, you learn a lot. A lot of good a lot of bad, and a crazy amount of ugly. I can confidently say - Christian brothers is only a lot of good.
The team matched my vibe and personality very well, the whole place was inviting. They were transparent about things - I had no questions or room for doubt.
Once I get back from vacation - I am taking my truck back in for my shocks and some other repairs. I look forward to seeing these guys again when I go.

My car was completely and unexpectedly not working today due to a dead battery. I work from home so normally would not be a problem, but I had an urgent vet appointment scheduled for tomorrow and they made sure to drive the car back to me by this evening and dropped it off so I could make my appointment in the morning because if I didn’t, it was the Labor Day weekend and I wouldn’t have been able to get my 16 1/2 year-old dog in until the following Tuesday (5 days from now). Those of you who have elderly dogs know that sometimes 5 days is just too long to wait
These people are the kindest people to worth with and do everything they can, when they can. Very grateful to them for their excellent and quick service.
