“My Tesla Model 3 was experiencing squealing coming from the front wheels. Since it has 100k miles, I figured it was time for brakes. Bryan, the manager, took the car and said he would take a look. After an hour he called me and said the brakes were just fine, but since I use regeneration to stop, the brakes were likely not being used enough. I was really not expecting that level of honesty and integrity- I left the shop saying I needed new brakes and he could have easily put new pads and I would not have been any the wiser. Instead, he took 10 minutes to give me some ideas on how I can turn off the regen occasionally to keep the rotors and pads clean and free of rust. Will definitely be taking my other gas car there as it WILL need brakes soon.”

Woody was great! He was able to squeeze me in the same day. Nick was the mechanic, he did a great job as well. They even stayed a bit after closing to finish the job.

We have an older Kia - it’s hard to know what’s wrong with these older cars and they were patient with us, kind, walk us through 100 percent of our questions over several days and ultimately took care of us for half the original quote. “I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Christian Brothers Automotive Frisco West. I brought my vehicle in after another shop gave me an alignment printout showing a major, unadjustable camber issue in the rear. I fully expected to face an expensive repair bill to fix a potentially bent suspension component.
Instead of taking advantage of the situation, the team here put my car on their machine and discovered the previous shop's readings were actually incorrect. They double-checked everything, made the proper necessary adjustments, and didn't charge me a dime for the correction! They took the time to explain exactly what they saw—noting some slight factory spring sagging—and gave me a completely transparent, low-pressure explanation of my options without trying to force an unnecessary upsell.

There was a miscommunication between the shop manager and me about the diagnostic side of things, and since I don’t plan to keep the truck long term, I decided not to move forward with the repair. Even so, the shop handled the situation the right way.
