“Professional, friendly, and honest!Came in for an oil change and alignment. I told them that I’m pretty sure my alignment was off. When I came back, they told me my alignment was fine, and it was just the tire pressures extremely high, so they have adjusted them for free. I walked out of the store with a 40 dollars bill expected to pay hundreds. Will definitely come back.”

“Very different experience here than any other shop. Spotless inside, feel like you are at a doctors office. Amazing customer service and great energy from the entire team. Got my car inspected as a walk in under 20 minutes on a very full Friday. Listening to the level of customer service provided to every phone call and customer interaction was outstanding!! As I was getting ready to pay I was told I didn’t owe them anything as the inspection was free for first time customer. I will be bringing in our other two cars for all future repair needs”

“From the first time I called to when Jacob handed me the keys when my truck was ready, Jacob was very helpful and dedicated to helping me. A busted water pump at 8:00 in the morning was the worst thing I could’ve walked out to. Jacob ordered the parts and within a few hours my truck was ready.”
“This was my first time at Washguys. I’ve had free scheduled maintenance for 3 years on my car. It used to be Autosplash. I’m very happy with the new owners. I went in for an inspection and oil change. While I was there (they now have a mechanic on site) the service manager Curtis noticed that my brake pads were very low. Not enough to fail the inspection, but not enough pad to make it to next year. And they’d be so bad I would have needed the rotors cut or replaced. They were incredibly polite and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Curtis and tell him Mr. Bill sent you. You won’t be disappointed!”
“This was my first time to service any of my cars outside of a dealer and now I'm wondering why I waited so long! Luxur more than exceeded my expectations in all phases of a repair/maintenance/service of a luxury car service experience. Mr. Naiem was a joy to work with as he gave me the confidence that he and his team know what they are doing and have the credentials to work on a brand like Aston Martin and others (I've seen Bentleys, Rolls Royce etc in their parking lot when driving by). Top notch service and experience at a more than a fair and reasonable price point (especially compared to a dealer and especially on the type of luxury cars they work on) is an easy choice for me. I don't easily give the keys up to my car to just any shop, but I can honestly say that I couldn't have been more pleased with this experience.For reference, Luxur did some routine maintenance (oil change and general multi-point inspection), and they also diagnosed and fixed a malfunctioning window (far from a routine repair or maintenance request). All this happened within one day and even was returned to me washed, with the plastic seat, floor and steering wheel covers...complete with pictures and short videos of the work performed!Luxur is now my go-to for maintanence and repairs, hope this helps anyone else on the fence as I was!”
“These guys are family to me. I've been going to them since 11 and my folks have been going longer than that. They treat everyone like a best friend. They talk to the car owners respectfully not like they are some moron. They listen. More than once they have put my car on the rack so I could walk around and look underneath it. “They did inspection on my car which did not pass at first due to illegal tints and no license plate light. They offered to cleanly remove the tint for no charge and installed a new license plate light for only 7.99. They then passed my car in a quick and timely matter”

“I was running short on time and needed to get an inspection done rather quickly. I looked at all of the places that did auto inspections in my area, and based on the reviews decided to go with Driver’s Edge. I’m so glad I did! They were super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, fair, efficient, polite, … I could go on and on. They didn’t try to fix something that wasn’t broken, or get me to do anything other than what I came in for. Instead of treating me like they were doing me a favor (as a lot of the other places have done in the past), they seem genuinely grateful for my business, and made me feel like I was a valued customer. now I understand why they have such great reviews! They were all super nice, and Brad (at the front desk) took excellent care of me, getting me in and out in about 15 minutes. Very impressed! Highly recommend! I will be back!”
