I am so sick and tired of coming to this cheap ass Bank and having broken ATMs every single time you got the money to fix them us customers are always struggling trying to deposit cash because your machines are always broken

Just opened a new account and already regret it. No digital debit card received and when I’ve called customer service to ask where my physical card is I’ve been left to wait for 2 hours for someone to answer. Inconvenient all around. Going back to WF.

Customer service here is HORRIBLE and the manager Erin is even worse. Funny how they are sure quick to take your money but when you want to get it out they give you a hard time. Definitely AVOID this location at all costs!
