“Benjamin Stein (Branch Banker) was very helpful and helped my daughter open her first checking account right before closing when NOBODY ELSE WOULD. We went to six other banks prior (one was 1 hr before closing) and was told we’d need to set an appointment cause they were about to close. Came to PNC and Benjamin greeted us with a smile and helped us open her account with no issues whatsoever. Excellent customer service.”
“I got a new car loan through Bank of America and I needed to move my payment date. I went to the Crowley branch because I hadn’t received any notices in the mail. When I got there they signed me in a young lady by the name of Lauren helped me out she went out of her way and called the finance department and got it done when she didn’t have to. “Where do I start? I absolutely love my Crowley, Tx branch. Lets start off with the fresh, welcoming faces of Pricilla & Veronica. Who are always waiting to put a smile on my face and assist me with whatever I need and more. They are patient and you can tell by their voices, they are happy to service me. Then you have Ms. Annette. She has been the best branch manager of any bank I have ever had an account with. She is the sweetest thing. It doesn't hurt that we share the same birthday lol. She is always available, she is always ready to solve any problem of concern I may have and she gets the job done. She always makes sure the branch smiles good & looks good. When I started with this bank, it was my 1st credit union account and I plan on keeping it that way as long as these ladies are there. These 3 ladies make banking here fun and worry free. Thank you ladies and the other team members I dont get to see that often, for your amazing customer service and keeping a smile on my face always. It matters and this branch would be nothing without each and every one of you. <3”
