“With the Covid-19 situation gripping the nation so many rules have changed. I wanted to open a business account and my preferred credit union is conducting business strictly through the drive thru only at this point. I was disappointed but had zero interest in waiting around for them. I started researching brand name banks and Wells Fargo has the account structure that best fits my needs. Sensibly they have it set up so that customers can schedule an appointment to actually go inside the branch so I did. Jessica, the banker who opened my account was very personable and professional. I didn't expect to be dealing with a large bank but I am not patient. I'm glad they are taking care of their customers of which I'm now one.”

Not only did she help me resolve the issues with my account, I truly felt that she went above and beyond my expectations. “Texas Exchange bank is an excellent bank. It is located near the center of Crowley,Texas. It's location is where a lot of people can walk to. Everyone who works there go the extra mile. You have a question they will have the answer. When you're not sure how something work's. They will explain it. The bank it's self is very very clean. The grounds are clean to. Everyone is always greeted either by your name or to say hello. I can say this for Texas Exchange bank. I will never even think of changing banks. Awsome bank. If I could give more than 5 star's it would be way more.”
