“I just went into this location on Hulen and nd a wonderful lady named Tonya (hopefully correct spelling) and she was so awesome to help me considering my last experience at a location on Camp Bowie was horrific. She explained all she needed to do was scan my package and give me a receipt. It was Medical Lab Work going to Illinois. And at the last location the young man was so rude and guided me to some machine in another part of the store. I ended up paying for something cause it wanted my card even though I wasn't supposed to pay anything. The employee was so unhelpful and rude. This lady here Tonya has made my day and I will only be coming to this location. She was so helpful and explained everything to me. Thank you Tonya ?”
