“We use diesel in our pick up. It was nice to have a few islands to choose from. Prices at the Cuero HEB were slightly lower than other stations in the area. I'll get my fuel there every time. Easy to do that then fill my water at the store and have my groceries brought out to me. Very convenient.”

“They have a great friendly staff always greats you with a welcoming smile. The store is always clean you can order something to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner the have a clean dinning area as well. If your in a rush and want to get in and out they have a lot of fuel pumps so you won’t have to wait forever to get fuel and the Texan has a fueling area for y’all truck drivers needing to get some fuel and a hot meal while on the road not to mention they have free air with the cleanest fuel that you are able to purchase why would anyone go anywhere else I would much rather choose the THE TEXAN above any other store.”

“Well.. if you're ever just bored or want to spend a few bucks and have a chat with someone this is the local spot.. I was able to find out the place is haunted.. has been for some years. The same employees made it from the Circle K buyout to the new ownership so we didn't get the typical stuff where they fire all the locals and bring in out-of-towners to tell us how to work.. Pretty good spot.. nothing extra-extra high IE the jerkey is about a buck or two more then the grocer so late night you aren't paying double.. and they're so cool with the refills leave your change and hit the door”
