Not just one employee, but the entire team came together to help me when I was having car trouble. I had my car battery replaced, but my car still wouldn’t start. The employee who installed the battery stayed with me, checked everything over, and even swapped out the battery to rule out a defective one. When that didn’t solve the problem, another employee stepped in to help and even brought over the manager from Oil Express & Services next door for an additional opinion.

While they were working to figure out the issue, another female employee stayed with me, talking to me and helping ease my worries. I was stressed about getting back to work and picking up my kids, and her kindness made a difficult situation much easier.

Every single person went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed and, most importantly, that I was okay. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers the way this one does. Their professionalism, teamwork, and compassion turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.
