“I had a great experience with Joey at O’Reilly Auto Parts. He went above and beyond to help me, stayed patient throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers instead of just rushing them out the door. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and professional. If you stop by this location, I highly recommend asking for Joey. Thanks again for all your help!”
“I wanted to give a recommendation to the male Coworker by the name John he was very helpful to me and my son and he went the extra mile when we had questions about terminals for my battery in my car and he actually put the new ones that I bought on for me.So again I would like to recommend customers go to him if you have any questions or anything his customer service was great 🙂”

“I had an outstanding experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and it was all thanks to Landon! My battery needed to be replaced, and he went above and beyond to make the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. He replaced my battery with no issues and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Landon was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it definitely showed. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back.
O’Reilly is lucky to have him, seriously, that man deserves a raise! Thank you again, Landon, for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience.”
“Installed my new lowbeam bulbs for free so I didn't have to dig my sockets out. Felt bad I didn't have cash for a tip, figured I could at least give a 5 star review. Shout out to the new girl who helped me-- sorry I didn't catch her name but it was her first day and she was so nice and did a great job! Thanks so much!!”
