“I'm not a typical customer, as I like to work on my own stuff. I had a problem with my 6.7 powerstroke in which I needed to flash a replacement PCM, and the folks at Diesel Innovations did an excellent job. They were the only shop I talked to that didn't try to argue with me in order to charge more money on fully diagnosing my problem. As I had diagnosed it myself, I was ok with paying them to flash my replacement PCM, whether it solved the problem or not. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will bring my truck to them again next time I need help. As for why I didn't flash it myself, it is not cheap to pay for the Ford IDS software and hardware package. They have this powerful tool ready to use to deliver value to customers.”
“They do sell lumber to public besides wholesale. Idk when do the lumbers will last but I was told these will last longer than the ones at HomeDepot & Lowe’s. Receptionists Travis and Joe were very polite by the way.”

“I have delivered drywall loads here a couple of times and for the amount of trucks they have coming in here, they are relatively quick with the unload process. Its a busy street leading in. You can unstrap there, but recommend waiting to get in their yard to untarp if you cant pull directly in. I arrived and there were 4 trucks in front of me. We were all in/out rather quickly. Only took an hour and half from time I arrived. At least 2-3 very efficient fork operators unloading you at one time. Kuddos for the quick process.”
