“Pat went well beyond expectations when I called needing to buy a replacement glass for my front door. He researched my door purchase from five years earlier and called and arranged the third party business to sell and install my replacement window. I’m just a single homeowner. I bought a door from them 5 years ago, but they treated me as if I was their biggest customer.
My replacement glass was just installed and the installers were terrific. I didn’t know where to turn and Pat made a few calls and got the correct glass and people to perform the install. Now I have beautiful matching glass again on my front double doors.”
