“This business had a wide variety of bricks and supplies for brick laying. However we were searching for a match to our existing brick on our home which is about 30 years old. We brought half a dozen bricks with us in hopes of finding a close match. While sadly they didn’t have any that were even close in size or color, they were able to suggest two local businesses that should be able to help us find a good match. “Excellent experience as an individual buying from a large supplier. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Took a few minutes to get my parts after order. Process was painless. Wish I could walk around in the back and look at their selection but its not that type of place. I'm sure if I asked for something specific they would have accommodated. I will be back for more Baltic Birch in the future. I absolutely hate buying plywood from a big box retailer and only do it when I'm in a bind.”

“I'm not a typical customer, as I like to work on my own stuff. I had a problem with my 6.7 powerstroke in which I needed to flash a replacement PCM, and the folks at Diesel Innovations did an excellent job. They were the only shop I talked to that didn't try to argue with me in order to charge more money on fully diagnosing my problem. As I had diagnosed it myself, I was ok with paying them to flash my replacement PCM, whether it solved the problem or not. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will bring my truck to them again next time I need help. As for why I didn't flash it myself, it is not cheap to pay for the Ford IDS software and hardware package. They have this powerful tool ready to use to deliver value to customers.”
