“I live in the Lake Charles, LA. area. On a river road today and saw an 18 wheeler with a truckload of treated lumber. When we came back by he was unloading the load and I saw the name on the truck. Bayou City Lumber from HOUSTON! Impressed I looked the company up. 4.8 rating was very impressive. Most people don't rate businesses unless they get poor service. Wow, I was really impressed reading the reviews. Will try to check it out my next trip to Houston.”
“Love this place! Very helpfully with all my lumber and hardware needs! I am always greeted with a smile and the crew is always there to assist me. Adam, Pete and Salomon are all very knowledgeable. No matter how big or small the project is they have what I need”
“Hello im Alex and Andy with Royal launch I give two thumbs up to Texas wood supply and all there staff especially the two young ladies at the front desk Priscila and Ernestina who always welcome you with a smile I thank you ladies for the great service you guys provide

“We have followed this company around until they opened their own location. As a contractor, every detail is important. The quality of the fixtures are great and our clients love them!”
“Pat went well beyond expectations when I called needing to buy a replacement glass for my front door. He researched my door purchase from five years earlier and called and arranged the third party business to sell and install my replacement window. I’m just a single homeowner. I bought a door from them 5 years ago, but they treated me as if I was their biggest customer.
My replacement glass was just installed and the installers were terrific. I didn’t know where to turn and Pat made a few calls and got the correct glass and people to perform the install. Now I have beautiful matching glass again on my front double doors.”
“Good place to go for your home improvement projects. Got all of the roofing supplies needed to do my house and my mom's house at a good price. I've used Jen for my projects for about 6 years now and have always been satisfied with the quality and price.”

“Great customer service, we always buy here blumm cabinets acsesories like drawer rails and doors hinges, and they have good prices on those items, they don't care if your order is small or big, they treat you the same, is why we keep going back to them to buy, other suppliers do the opposite if you don't buy them big orders, they don't care to much for your business.”
“This place has some of the coolest material I have ever seen. Most of it is from Europe and is very old. They handle some extremely unique pieces. If you have the budget and looking for something no one else will have go see Brooke.”
“Shout out to Silvino who walked me through some paint technicalities and was so patient. The very old base formula had changed on Benjamin Moore (522 to N522) so that resulted in new color formulas overall. Silvino helped me figure out the current numbering scheme etc to find right paint and numbers. He also found an ancient custom formula in the Grogan system just based on the date on the Grogan's label on the can. Super knowledgeable, super helpful. Thank you. A knowledgeable expert is always a fantastic find and he was super nice also.”

“We came to the store today, and Ms. Maureen, the cashier, was so kind and helpful. She told us about the Pro Program rewards, and it turned out we had a $20 credit that we didn't even know about! ? This isn't the first time we've visited the store, and she's always been friendly and willing to help us. ? Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!”
