84 Lumber sells lumber to the public. The lumber may last longer than at other stores. The unload process is fairly quick, not extremely fast or slow, but decent overall. Drivers park on the dead-end street, walk to the office, and a forklift driver waves them in when ready. Overnight parking is limited. The receptionists are very polite. It is a not a bad place to deliver if the load pays.
They do sell lumber to public besides wholesale. Idk when do the lumbers will last but I was told these will last longer than the ones at HomeDepot & Lowe’s. Receptionists Travis and Joe were very polite by the way.

Fairly quick to unload. Park on the street and walk to receiving office, then unstrap and untarp out the street. A forklift driver will wave you in once you're ready. Street is a dead end, so overnight parking is limited.
