They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with the process. You can tell they truly care about helping people, which made a stressful day so much easier. “Owner was great. I made a mistake booking the wrong trailer. Luckily, he had many options, including the one I intended to rent, and made the change for me. Made everything quick and easy. Would recommend this location and will use again when needed.”
“Overall, this U-Haul location was convenient and the truck itself was clean and worked well. The staff was helpful during pickup, and the rental process was straightforward.
One downside was the return process. Even though I returned the truck during business hours and before my rental period ended, the rental wasn’t closed out until a later date. Because of that, the funds stayed on hold in my bank account for about two additional business days, which was frustrating.
Aside from that delay, the experience was solid, and I’d consider using this location again — just hoping the return close-out process can be handled more promptly in the future.”

If I could give a zero I would. I use the Budget at Barker Cypress Road in Cypress, Texas a few times a year and have never had an issue. I will never use Budget again. I have been a long time member. I returned the car on time at the location and they had one employee working on a Saturday. There were 5 or 6 people waiting to pick up cars so I asked if I could leave the keys since he was busy and they closed in an hour. He said yes so I gave him the keys. Budget then charged me an extra day rental since he didn't check it in until after they closed. I called the customer service and explained and they said the card would be refunded the 49.77. It never was so I filed the dispute with my credit card company and sent proof. Needless to say they never refunded. Hopefully they enjoy the 50.00 and loss of a customer.”
