“I have had nothing but a good experience with this location. I lost my key and they were able to get the lock cut off and a new one put on. I just had to come in to put in the paperwork before the day they arrived to cut locks and let the process work. Amazing group of people working here!!!”

Amanda helped answer all my questions and explained the different storage options and extra features available. David went out of his way to assist me with a lock problem during my move-in, relieving my worries and assuring me they are available for any further questions. The facility is clean, secured with security cameras, and offers spacious hallways for easy movement within its climate-controlled units. It also has direct access to Highway 290. I strongly recommend SmartStop Self Storage for your storage needs.”

I’ll like to update my review. I have tried on several occasions to reach out to my site manager by phone and text and received no response. Only automated systems and voicemail’s. I prefer storage facilities that’s more personable.
Still no updates or response from Janine, very sad if I could give no stars, I would.
As an update I’ve learned Janine is no longer with the company, the manager from another store found me and resolved my issue. She was very nice and polite. Bc of her I’ll give my stars back.”

“They was clean and well kept. Ive never rented a storage unit before. My hats off to christina who answered any & all questions i had. (and i had quite a few'of them) She took me & showed me the size units they had with a smile. I never felt rushed in deciding what size unit i was gonna get. Christina et me know they had carts i could use if i needed any. The unit we went to were clean & the doors worked as the should. I like that you have to have a code to get in & out of the property. Christina helped make my first time renting a unit so easy. She was down to earth and listened to everything i said. Tbh i wanted to give her a big hug & kiss. But that maynot have went over to well being i just met the lovely lady. If your needing a storage unit this is the place to do so. Christina is knowledgeable, kind, & very helpful. She is the nicest erson ive met in a while that made me feel so welcomed. Thank you christina for the kindness & help you showed. 5 stars to you.
