H-E-B is a great store with awesome consumer selections. It is one of the cleanest in the area and is always clean. The store offers great prices, brands, quality, and a wide selection of groceries, including fresh produce and quality meat and seafood. The bakery staff does an incredible job and employees at all levels are awesome, super helpful, and nice. Many customers use the convenient curbside pickup and grocery delivery, which saves them from overspending. However, there have been some issues, including disappointment with unevenly prepared party trays and a concern about merchandise leakage related to delivery drivers. Overall, H-E-B strives to provide the best customer experience.
What a great store! My daughter is the biggest fan of the clean aisles and HEB Buddy bucks. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. This is the best HEB in Cypress area!

I love this location but I have to shop at a different location if I want the fresh tortillas. At this location they package them while they are still SO hot that the there is water in the bag and the tortillas are all wet and smell funny the next day.
