Since we were completely new to the process, Alex and Sasha took the time to walk us through everything. They even shared their own collections with us and introduced us to the PriceCharting app, which is incredibly helpful for checking card values. Their passion for their work and genuine care for customers really stood out — something we haven’t experienced at other GameStop locations. Truly an amazing store with amazing people.
