There were plenty of staff walking around asking customers if they needed any help and lots of people in the back room playing games together. Last week there was one stamp in error in a lot I bought at auction. I sent the one stamp back with the hope that someday they would find a replacement. Somehow, the found a replacement the same week, in excellent condition and they sent it to me at no charge. I have bought stamps from them for many years and have always been happy with the results.”

Super impressive! Also a great place to buy Funko, collectibles, and other comic related paraphernalia.The game room in the back is the best. You are able to come, borrow any board or card game and just play for hours with your friends. Make sure to ask about their planned events like their d&d tournaments!”

“I came to this Michael's as a last resort for a scrapbook and supplies. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection compared to the location on Bissonnett as well as Hobby Lobby. This location also felt more spacious and not so cluttery. After I picked out my scrapbook, I was roaming around for markers and glue. An associate - Rashel, asked me if I needed help and pointed me in the right direction. The customer service was very friendly. My cashier was another associate -Yessenia but she was also nice. The prices are expensive, but to be expected. They do always have coupons though, I had a decent savings!”

Bought a Traxxas 4tec kit a while back and immediately went back to make upgrades and they provided all the upgrades that are recommended/needed and other parts that I could buy but are not isn’t necessary due to minimal change.
