They were so friendly and accommodated my timeline with ease. They were perfectly tailored, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I've tried a few other local tailors, and all have been a disappointment for one reason or another. I won't need to go elsewhere. This will certainly be my tailor/dry cleaner of choice from now on!”
“This is the only dry cleaner I will take my clothes to! They go above and beyond on their service. My most recent experience there was me not picking up my clothes on time Saturday that I needed for Sunday. They are closed on Sunday but I called them and they were willing to come open the cleaners just for me to get my clothes. That is my experience here and the best way to describe Megacleaners.”

Not only did Tide find my misplaced pieces, but they emailed and called with updates, and because it took several days for them to find my pieces, they waived my balance, for the inconvenience. As I said I would below, I have gladly changed my 1 star rating back to 5 stars.
This (5 stars) has been how I felt about Tide Cleaners UNTIL YESTERDAY: The best spot cleaners in the area! Others tried and always pinned a note to the garments saying they tried but failed to get spots out. For Tide Cleaners the spots were no problem! Five stars were given.
YESTERDAY, HOWEVER, I went to get my clothes and two of my pieces could not be found. They happened to have been my most expensive designer (Lauren) pieces that I had worn once. The young man helping me was very nice and apologetic. However, workers need to be more mindful about where they hang customers’ clothes on those racks. I’m hoping they find my pieces, but I fear they have gone home with someone else, who has not returned them, and maybe never will. If that is indeed the case, I expect Tide to remit payment for them, at which time I will gladly change my rating.”
“I’ve been to this location before few years ago and this time was not what I expected at all. The vending machine is out of order just FYI. They don’t give change so I used the ATM at the smoke shop next door. It’s nice in there. The fee is $3 to use the ATM. Back to the laundromat: the people who are working here are nice. The last wash is at 8pm but they allowed me to wash at 8:12pm. I did not need to dry because I can do that at home; I just needed to wash. It was very clean in here and smelled good of course. The machines are nicely placed & clean. The last wash is 8pm & the last dry is 9pm. I wish they had the app like other companies but overall this is a nice place to do laundry.”
