“Luz and Salman were absolutely incredible! Verizon made me jump through several identity hoops which was tedious and frustrating. Luz was stress free and professional the entire time. When Salman took over he was just as calm and professional. I was worried after taking so long to get the online customer service specialists to verify and approve that I wouldn’t get to walk away with a new phone and keep my number. But both of the agents I was working with in the store made certain I got everything I wanted AND ported my number flawlessly in the end. I am a happy customer only because of the agents at this store. Had I been left to try to complete my order with an online agent I know I would have given up and went to a different phone service provider. They should be given all the credit for this new customer. I will only come to them with any future service needs and 100 percent recommended them! Thanks yall! I appreciate you both so very much!”

“I went to this location to activate a new phone and exchange a phone case that was bought online. Sarina helped me with the activation. She was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. She did refer me to the corporate store nearby for the exchange of the phone case since it was bought online. Long story short…the customer service at the corporate store was absolutely terrible. I returned to this location and Golden helped me with the exchange. It took for him to make a call, but Golden was very patient and provided great customer service.”

“Same as every other BB, with a twist. No one hounded us to be served. We knew what we wanted and were fortunate to be helped by someone from the stockroom to open the diaplay case. No sales person helped. At the cash, the same stockroom person helped us out. The venue needs more helpful stockroom people on the sales floor.”
“Macy, one of the store managers, provided exceptional customer service and helped me with my new iPhone and provided great support in migrating my data from my old device to the new one. She resolved storage issues and now I’m a strong proponent of using cloud storage(long story but thanks Macy for helping with that!)”

“Only rating 5 stars for the service received by a younger gentleman and Jason. Came to the store to help my mom transfer her service from my siblings Verizon account to mine. Wanted to come in person because it’s nice to be able to have a real human offer assistance. We were told by one employee that needed to call a specific number and that they would get it completed for us over the phone. We called the number and stepped into my car since my mother and I do not live together and she needed help with the transfer. Got to a point that we needed WiFi to activate a new line to the transferred account so we walked back inside. This is where we were greeted by a young man who helped us get a new SIM card and then were handed over to Jason who helped us finish the transfer and activation who proceeded to tell us that he could’ve handled the whole thing himself. We were very grateful for his assistance and wish we had been able to work with him from the beginning…would’ve saved us some headaches. I don’t understand why 9 times out of 10 when you walk into this store, the employees try to direct you to doing the work yourself at home…people physically come into the store when they want help from a human and don’t want to just be sent away to make a call. Thankfully they have Jason here who understands that!”
