“Out of all the places in Katy Mills Mall, this is for sure the place to go for ALL cellular repairs or accessories!!! Manager Afee is SUPER! I had several issues with my phone, including a cracked case and broken back amd front screens S22 Ultra. My husband wanted me to change my back color to which he had already fixed, yet he switched out NO PROBLEM! Let me not forget that the center kiosks were so incredibly dishonest and are a part of the same CellAXS who did NOT even listen to my concerns, only cared about who fixed my phone, and for how much when asking if they can replace the back color. Afee has GREAT INTEGRITY and CARES about his clients satisfaction, certainly recommend you go here 1st!”

“I've been using this Cricket location on N. Fry Road right before Saums, for 16 years at least. And I don't even live in Katy anymore. I wait until I have to go over there to see family and then take care of business with my phone, just so I can use that store location. The reason being, the same guy has been there all these years (I think he's the owner) and the customer service is the best at this store than any other location in Houston I've been to. They actually help you! And try to solve your problems. The other stores I've been to, a lot of the employees are too busy with each other and not really paying attention to what they're doing when they are assisting you, or you can tell they act like they don't know bc they don't want to be bothered. It hasn't always been like that. It's just been in more recent years.”

“I just wanted to leave a review for an amazing Sales Representative by the name of Saniyah. First let me explain that I came in the store at 11 and left around 2pm. My phone screen had cracked so bad I hardly had access to do anything which realy delayed the transfer process. Saniyah was so extremely patient, we clicked right away, she was very informative about the Boost plans and phones, she walked me through the entire process. I left with the phone I really wanted and I truly Thank God for Saniyah . She was a true blessing to me . I highly recommend if you stop at this location to request her. “My husband and I purchased new phones from Ramiro and his customer service was wonderful!
About a week later after spending more than 45 minutes on the phone with Metro Customer Care I was told I needed to go into a store to resolve my issue. It was a unusual tricky problem. I went back to Ramiro at the Fry Rd location. Ramiro was amazing! He listened and help trouble shoot our problem. He called customer care for us and handled the whole situation! Ramiro went above and beyond with his patience and assistance in solving this issue! I can't recommend him enough!”
