Stephanie helped customers find a Gold charm bracelet and a gold bangle, and showed charms that would complete a bracelet. She offered care protection and signed customers up for rewards. Another team member, Michaela, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and really took the time to understand what customers were looking for. She was patient, informative, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Customers never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely supported. One customer came in a bit emotional after recently losing their mother and Stephanie was so sweet, patient, and kind. Customers will definitely be back to this location and hope to see Stephanie and Michaela for future purchases. Highly recommend this location for quality jewelry and top-notch customer care.
