“This business is outstanding ?Shawn has impeccable taste and is an extremely knowledgeable craftsman!My engagement ring’s platinum band snapped in half around the center stone ON OUR WEDDING DAY He immediately identified all the (numerous! ???♀️) issues with the old ring’s design that was purchased from a completely different retailer. I knew immediately I could trust his judgement ?! I asked him to redesign the ring with a similar look but sound structure and he nailed it! ?The end result is absolutely breathtaking and both my husband and I are so grateful for the experience we had with this business. They were so easy to work with (we have insurance from jewelers mutual which I also HIGHLY recommend!!!!!) and communicated with us clearly every step of the way.We will definitely be returning for all of our future jewelry needs!
