Deborah, the manager, was SO helpful! I didn't even have to ask, she offered. They ended up calling all the stores in her district to check if anyone else had them in stock, and called me back to update me.
I realize this level of service may not always be feasible due to staff or time constraints, but wow, I'm just floored. She truly went above and beyond.

I had to bring a brand new… 24 hr old to me watch from Armani across the ways. They sold a new watch without checking the battery… and actually told me to take the watch to get fixed, instead offering to for their screw up.
