“This place is great. My wife and I rent a mailbox there and anytime we order anything online we have it sent there. A lot safer than having packages left on the door step of our house. Also, the staff will sign for any packages that need a signature, then when you pick the package up from them, they will then have you sign for it. It's a great system that works very well. Also the staff is very friendly, the hours are convenient and they are right here in the neighborhood.”

“Due to wearing glasses and being blind as a bat led me here, but what a great surprise because I will need this place in six months. I thought the sign said 1/2 off discount books; nope, it said boxes. So, I stood there thinking I went in the wrong door and came back out standing in the parking lot, looking up at the sign. But, it hit me how many clients I have that are constantly moving and need boxes. Then there's me, who's moving in the spring. So, perfect, I went back inside, and this store has every box you would need, along with tape and bubble wrap. If you play instruments, they have boxes for that, too. I promise you, no matter the size, the boxes are here, and the boxes are of good quality, they are sturdy, and come at a very low price.”

“Easy breezy Amazon pick up spot if you ever need it. I only pick up when they're offering a discount code or some incentive vs having home delivery which I'm already paying for with prime.The younger boy that works here has been overall friendly and there hasn't been a crowd so I've been serviced right away. They offer overpriced little trinkets, keychains and such. Really cute but ion need none of that ish. Also obviously packing and shipping supplies as well. I'll probably never need any of those services or mailbox needs but they offer them, as well as notary service.”

“Went to drop off a return package. I completely forgot it said “customer packed” on the return instructions. I kept it in the original box but forgot to tape it and the picture of my QR code was blurry (wouldn’t work at first when the attendant was trying to scan it).My experience was NOT like a lot of others I see here on the reviews. The young man working the counter had an extremely kind and uplifting attitude (was even humming the upbeat music in the background while working).While I was attaining a more clear QR code picture, he taped the package. He gently reminded me for next time that the package needs to be taped by the returnee as original instructions require, but then got out his own tape and did it himself saying “this time, I’ll do it” with a smile. He was very well spoken for someone his age.As a person who works a high level supervisory role in the customer service industry, this was truly giving their client “the pickle” (look it up) and taking ownership over a business he doesn’t own to leave a satisfied customer. It’s the little things that make or break an experience. 5 stars”
