“Just had a wonderful experience at PostStop Plus. The staff was so helpful knowing we rushed to make it in time to send an overnight delivery to the Austin area. (Her name was Jarrian.) She checked for best pricing and then walked us through the transaction. All smiles and kindness from everyone at this business. The location is in the center at the Louetta/Champion Forest intersection and they are open on Saturday at times when others are not. Great service and they can handle it all. This is our new ‘go to’ for mailings. Definitely recommend this business!”
“I had a wonderful experience at PostNet for my I-9 (Fieldprint appointment). I went there last Thursday, and the owner and her assistant were both incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.
I originally booked my I-9 appointment online, but the earliest available appointment was Friday. Since I wanted to speed up my hiring process, I called PostNet to see if they had any openings on Thursday. They were so accommodating and told me I could come in the same day, which really helped move my hiring process forward.
The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. It was so convenient to be able to complete everything in one place.
One thing I also noticed was how nice, clean, and fresh the store was. It smelled so good that I even mentioned it to the owner! It created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

“I’m at this ups store nearly every weekend, and Everytime I go I get such great assistance from Omar, Jared and Jeremy. From needing a little bag to carrying a box. This time was outside of the ordinary, I made a return with this huge box and left a part at home and came rushing back. Omar helped me get the box from the truck and put in the missing piece. This staff is super nice and super helpful!!!”

“I am very happy that Media Madnez was recommended to us by our builder. We needed a knowledgeable audio/video company that could pre-wire, install and support a variety of home automation systems including lights, security, locks, shades, pool, multi-zone sound and of course video. We specifically worked with Rodney. When we discussed what we were looking for, he listened very carefully, asked clarifying questions and provided us with optios within our budget. In addition to the prewiring, he and his crew completed the installation of speakers, cameras, televisions, remote locks and garage/gate door in a timely and professional manner and within budget. Rodney provided multiple tutorials on how to work the individual apps that control the various home automations features we have in or home. The best part of their service is that Rodney has been quick to return whenever needed to tweak, repair or replace issues that are not 100 percent to our liking. The level of customer service was much more than expected and greatly appreciated. We recommend Media Madnez w/out reservation.”
“When i was in a bind and needed quick quality printing i could not do in my own with my home printer, I was told by a friend of this amenity inside Walmart. After waiting only briefly, i was helped by a truly knowledgeable young man. While i was flustered because the document I needed was for a party I was headed to right then, he remained calm, helpful and kind. I wish i could remember his name because he deserves the kudos. I haven't seen that type of customer service in a long time. He even offered to trim it for me since there was no one waiting behind me. The extra mile! It was a gift that turned out beautiful and ON TIME thanks to this wonderful employee.”
