Customers have praised the exceptional service they received, from the easy setup and detailed explanations of coverage to the quick and professional repair of their cracked screens. The gentleman who helped me did a great job and I had my phone repaired and back in excellent shape in two hours! The service and quality of the work was nothing short of amazing! My phone was fixed extremely quick and the customer service that I experience was better than any other phone repair service place in the past. They get to know the customer, their products (“From cellular to Laptops to P.C.’s”), and they find out what the “customers needs are” as far as the devices go!
Dropped off my son's nintendo switch due to power issues. Ethan took great care of us from the moment we walked in. Kept us informed through the process until complete. Highly recommend.
