There’s 2 things I despise the most in life: 1. Going to a car dealership to purchase a vehicle, 2. Stepping foot inside or dealing with Cell-Phone providers.
But Lucio made everything so seamless and transparent from the very start! Very attentive and understanding & when I ran into an issue caused by my own error he worked tirelessly to get it fixed and resolved until he did!
Made my transition from T-Mobile to AT&T better than I expected and showed amazing customer service.

“Same as every other BB, with a twist. No one hounded us to be served. We knew what we wanted and were fortunate to be helped by someone from the stockroom to open the diaplay case. No sales person helped. At the cash, the same stockroom person helped us out. The venue needs more helpful stockroom people on the sales floor.”
