“Sam was very patient with me. My former carrier was giving me the run around. Sam allowed me to make multiple calls and worked with me to get the PIN number for the transfer. He pushed my service thru from my old carrier instead of me waiting 48 hours .”

“Zack helped me today with my Motorola phone. I absolutely despised the Motorola phone and capabilities. He was approved to switch me to a Samsung A17. My prior phone was an older Samsung which I liked much better than the Motorola. He did this all in minimal time as he promised. Thank you Zack for all your help and kindness.”

“Switched over to t mobile and the associate, Adrien, was great! Took his time explaining everything thoroughly and helped us switch over. It’s hard bc a lot of associates know how to sell but aren’t as informed with how billing works. He’s got both! Adrien deserves a raise/promotion!”

“Went here around 9AM on a Thursday to grab some greeting and gift cards. The store was very nicely organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The self-checkout line appeared to be moving quite quickly, but I decided to stick with the traditional "human" experience and waited for a CSR/cashier to check me out. Because I had two people in front of me with a couple dozen items each, the CSR was nice enough to call someone else up to check me out. This other CSR, Sebastian, did not greet nor speak during our three minute transaction... which made things pretty awkward. My favorite part of the whole experience is when he asked me how much I needed on my gift cards by simply lifting up the cards with raised eyebrows. After purchasing my items, I gathered my things said a very polite farewell and Mr. Sebastian didn't even attempt a handwave. Now, usually I would give people the benefit of the doubt... maybe he's selective mute... or maybe he lost his voice and was attempting to let it rest. But seriously?! Not even a handwave? That really worked a nerve for me as I'm a stickler for politeness and respect. Hopefully my next trip will result in a 5 star review.”

“Very good experience. We are shopping for a new fridge and some Sonos upgrades. Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the refrigerators, and he gave us the information we need to narrow down our selection. I'm a Sonos veteran, and I appreciated the input from Javiere. We are space-constrained, and he helped us work through a couple options to get the setup we're looking for. Both guys made the shopping experience great, and I appreciate the help.”
