Requested a tow at 11:45 am. Called for an update after several hours to be told they would be another 20 minutes and then they cancelled my request at 3:20 pm. Don’t waste your time find a better tow truck company that can fulfill their commitments like professionals.

They quoted $300 for new brake pads! Brake Plus charges $130, and can find even cheaper on groupon. Stay away unless you want to pay more than double their competitors! These guys are crooks!

Scheduled a tow through AUDI. AAJ is to be avoided at all costs as they continued sending texts pushing it out 1 hour, 51 minutes, and then 53 minutes. I called Audi back and they called AAJ only to be told AAJ cancelled the tow. If you want a reliable tow provider, avoid these guys like a plague!
