We have lived at The Alexan Lower Greenville for six months now. The staff are very friendly and responsive to concerns and questions. The maintenance team, headed by Joel, is responsive and professional; I trust them completely. The view of downtown Dallas from the upper deck is priceless. We are extremely happy here.

We moved in here 2 days ago, but we already felt the whole atmosphere - it's very comfortable, nice people, great staff, cool parties! I hope our impressions will only get better!
