I went on a tour with Kendel and he was awesome. He gave such a good picture of the community. Best tour I’ve been on. Will definitely be signing a lease here once my lease is up!

If it weren’t for Kendel I would not have renewed my lease! He is the most helpful person at this property! Any issues I’ve had he makes sure they are taken care even if it’s not even apart of his job!!

I love the area and the apartment complex. Kendel has been a huge help especially during the transition of ownership. From sorting out documents to finalize our lease to helping set up our mail and making sure our maintenance requests are fulfilled, Kendel always seems to be the driving factor.
