About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Dallas operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands. The location is noted for its professional staff and exceptional customer service, with employees described as friendly, knowledgeable, and going above and beyond. Customers report a wide selection of clean, nice cars, including top-notch and great EV options. However, significant staffing issues can lead to very long wait times, as a single employee often manages both the check-in process and retrieving vehicles, causing delays. Despite this operational challenge, many highlight stress-free, efficient, and enjoyable experiences, resulting in strong recommendations for this branch.
