“Easy in and out from the terminals after a short wait for the shuttle. Relatively short wait in line to be served and then into a car and away within 10 minutes of that (and a walk outside). Returns were similarly simple and stress free. Overall staff were very efficient, which is appreciated.”

“Great experience. We reserved a car on the shuttle ride to the rental lot. Facility was amazing. Very clean and looked new. It was wide open like a mall, not some cramped place tucked into a room. All the companies had large counters spread out in space. Very nice.
Alamo was great. Handed clerk my license and credit card. Initialed a few spots and signed at the bottom. Might have taken five minutes. No pressure to get their insurance or gas program or anything else . Clerk asked casually and moved on.
They had a run on hybrids so we got a Rav4 instead of Prius, but we still got 37.5 mpg driving 12-1/2 hours , 815 miles.
Checking in was also easy. Handed them the key and the contract. They scanned some and gave us back the paperwork. Clerk asked how our experience was. I said fine, but there was a rattle in the back. Sounded like the license plate was rattling. He asked if there was something he could do to make it right! Unbelievable! Wasn't an issue, but he was very concerned about my satisfaction.

“I made the mistake of not realizing my trip into Dallas was arriving at Love, not DFW. I booked my rental at DFW but the attendant was able to move my reservation over and I was able to return to DFW! It was so easy and the van was perfect for the 5 of us! Great rate, too!”
“When calling to make a reservation and the reservations representative schedules a vehicle, you don't expect the local representative to tell you that they don't have any cars... after about 45 minutes they found one but the theory of reservations seems a bit different for them.”

“Got good selction of cars at Hertz. The location was easy to access with shuttles. Just when returned the car, they charged me for 2 gallon fuel when I filled in full just couple of miles before and I was still there and asked the guy who added this charge but he gave some stupid reason and would not listen to us but a employee at desk heard us and removed that charge. So all good in end but unnecessary hassle.”

“Good place to rent but now they are so backed up, us men are the only ones not complaining, I seen a man Caucasian in complexion pay 75.00 for deposit while a black couple paid 300.00 for the exact same type of vehicle. The mgr there is incoherent and has too many other obligations to fulfill her duties, this place is held together by the porter (the guy putting out vehicles) other than management, they never agree with the customer which is bad for a business.”

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“I was very happy with the car but the thing I liked to most is that when I picked up the car they gave me a card with a phone number if I had any issue but the part I liked the most is it also had the address to wear to bring the car back. That is very helpful this should be a standard for all of your locations.”
