“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

The location is currently under construction leaving the employees to serve customers outside, (Enterprise should do better for their employees) but they didn't let the Texas elements affect their ability to be kind and patient with us. A little bit of a wait on both ends for the shuttle but the also solved an issue with the new car i was given not having a usb port and my phone being nearly dead. They swapped cars out for me. kinda ridiculous. I would have liked a fast pass or something so there would be no wait. But not horrible.”

“I own a successful Vegan Restaurant (@ajs2go). I use Budget quite often Airport and off airport locations. I must say that this location is superb. The owner is amazing the cars are new nice and clean. Zero waiting in lobby. This location stands true to the original Budget customer service and I’ve been renting with them over 15 years. When flying in book this location it’s a little far. But you’ll get the car you reserved or better. The entire process is less than 5 minutes (unless you don’t have what you need). But hands down this is the best location in Dallas an I’ve been to 3. Not too mention others states I’ve rented in, this location is by far the best.”
