I’ve only had this account for 3 days and so far this has been the worst bank I’ve ever had and the customer service is awful. The frown their nose up at you if you look a certain way. All I wanted to do was deposit cash into the account before the card comes.

I got in the mail an advertisement for a $400 bonus after direct deposit into an account. My direct deposit apparently did not go into the “correct account”, however, so I never received the bonus. No communication of this was provided. This bank is very poorly run and managed. I would not recommend it.
