The Brady is a great place to live. Nice location and amenities. Erick is as good a concierge as you will find. Michael is always very friendly and helpful if there is an issue. I worked with Sophie for my renewal and she was great too.

Honestly, best staff and best building I have had the pleasure to work with. Sadly our time to leave is coming up , but from the day Michael leased us the apartment to the day we last step out onto Katy trail directly, has been nothing but a pleasure.

I have lived at Brady for a year and just extended for another year. The building is great and the signing process with Michael was one of the best and most pleasant apartment search experiences I have had. Michael is a friendly face around the building and helps build a real sense of community!
