Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown is a beautiful, chic, and modern hotel, known for being super clean. The service is perfect, exceptional, and personable, with friendly, helpful, and attentive staff who ensure guests feel very well taken care of. The hotel's location is perfect and within walking distance to great food. A major highlight is the rooftop bar, Upside, which offers picturesque views of downtown and great vibes, becoming a popular evening destination. Rooms are fully stocked and the building's finish is appreciated. The hotel features a coffee shop and mini store that stays open late. Room service is quick and efficient, and the breakfast is delicious. Guests also enjoy thoughtful touches like locally baked shortbread cookies. While very minor, some note that the wireless charging alarm clocks lack magnetic grip and the fitness center treadmills have minimal shock absorption. Overall, the experience is absolutely lovely, fantastic, and excellent, with many guests stating they will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
Stayed here this past weekend and enjoyed my stay. Coffee shop/mini store stays open late. Room service was quick and efficient. They had a potato and leek soup that was to die for! Staff were all friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with a great view and exceptional service!!! Staff have amazing attitudes and treat you so nice. The locations perfect and is within walking distance to great food! Room is fully stocked with all things you need. Will stay again!

Our stay at the Hilton Uptown was excellent. We’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and love the personal service and attention we receive at this one. The staff are personable and great and the drinks are very well made. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Dallas.
