Bank ambience is good but the customer service is not that good, they don’t take quarter rolls from the customers who is running business. I’ve opened account here as this bank is the nearest comerica bank, I’m going to other branch which is in garland to deposit my money but they don’t have any objection about... read full comment

Saw a really old veteran man that accidentally lost his debit card and was trying to get $60 from his checking, so they couldn’t help him even though he had different types of IDs including Tx id!
