Saw a really old veteran man that accidentally lost his debit card and was trying to get $60 from his checking, so they couldn’t help him even though he had different types of IDs including Tx id!

Perhaps there is a lack of communication between employees and management. I've been allowed to do deposits to one account and other times I'm told by a different teller something else. This is very frustrating.
