I believe the ladies name was Greer that took care of me at the drive thru. She was extremely kind, patient, and fast at getting back to me. Highly recommend this location!

I will never open another credit card with Chase, but the banker, Joyce Z., was an exceptional client advocate. She went above and beyond to assist me, making calls to various departments to find a solution.
