Absolutely incredible experience! Erika was so sweet to us from start to finish. She greeted us with so much kindness and was so attentive to other customers in the store. She was such a genuine girl that clearly puts her full effort into her job :)

We visited this store a few weeks ago, Erica and Chris gave outstanding customer service….we made multiple trips to Cotton On while at the mall and every time we were greeted with a “welcome back” friendly attitude. Thank you both for the fun shopping experience!
